British citizen smuggled more than 3,000 steroid tablets on a flight from Thailand to Sydney

British citizen has been caught trying to smuggle more than 3,000 steroid tablets on a flight from Thailand to Sydney, the Australian media reported on Sunday.
The AAP agency, quoting the country's Customs Service, said the 24-year-old man was stopped by customs officers after arriving at Sydney Airport on Saturday.
During a search of his baggage, officers allegedly located 3,000 anabolic tablets, 300 Clenbutrol tables, 120 testosterone capsules and two vials of Stanozolol.
The importation of performance and image-enhancing drugs into Australia without appropriate permits is prohibited.
Customs investigators interviewed the man and will issue him a summons to face court under the Customs Act 1901.
