Francisco Bedoya, 36; Juan C. Bedoya, 38, and his wife, Vanessa Bedoya, 37; Gonzalo Rodriguez-Jimenez, 38; and Juan G. Meneses, 32; each is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to delivery.Detectives seized 15 kilograms of cocaine – worth $4.5 million – along with more than $50,000 in cash and two cars.They were arrested Tuesday and remain in jail awaiting court appearances
