Tnisha Steadman

Tnisha Steadman is out on bond and without a job after providing a cell phone to an inmate. It's a felony when a person provides any contraband item to an inmate. Sheriff Thomas Kerss explained when normal phone operations are by-passed, it can jeopardize security efforts. So far, no ongoing problems have occurred form Steadman's alleged violation.
