Arvy James Flanigan, 23

Arvy James Flanigan, 23, fled in a vehicle with his wife and an associate prior to execution of the warrant and was stopped by Corinth police after a short pur­suit.
During the pursuit Flanigan was observed tossing something out the driver’s window that was later recovered and ident­ified as methamphetamine, according to the sheriff’s office.
Officers recovered 60 grams of methamphetamine, $1,000 in currency and six firearms.
Flanigan was arrested and charged with manufacture or de­li­very of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, a first-degree felony punishable by life in prison or a term of 5 to 99 years, and a fine up to $10,000.
