Chester Miller

Forty-nine year old Chester Miller was driving on Highway 59 near Airport Road. During the stop they found 18 pounds of marijuana and more than 11 thousand dollars. Miller is from Pennsylvania and is now in the Angelina County jail. He is being charged with a third degree felony for possession of marijuana, as well as, driving with a suspended license. The money will be considered as proceeds, or gains from illicit narcotics activities.
