Romaine Calhoun, 27, of Port Jervis, yesterday afternoon, a day after arresting another man on the same charge.
Police said Calhoun sold cocaine to an undercover Orange County sheriff’s narcotics officer twice over the past two months. Police say they recovered 3.6 grams of cocaine when they picked Calhoun up on Thompson Street at 4:15 p.m. Calhoun was charged with four counts of criminal possession and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, allfelonies. He spent the night in city lockup and will be arraigned in City Court today.
The man arrested on Wednesday, Kurjuna Robertson, 31, of Brooklyn, was arraigned in City Court yesterday and sent to Orange County Jail without bail.
