Shaka Brantley, 28, of Washington, was arrested December 7 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession, manufacture, or distribution, etc., of a controlled substance; obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers; and a state probation violation. He was held on $53,000 bond.
