Brandon Lee Commander

Brandon Lee Commander reported discovering marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain view at Commander's Westville residence. Commander was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to being served with a warrant charging him with cultivation.
