Xavier Garibay

Xavier Garibay, 28, on an unspecified outstanding warrant and allegedly saw marijuana and powder cocaine inside the dwelling. A more detailed search ensued, and more cocaine and marijuana were found, according to the press release. Garibay was charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, in addition to being served with the original warrant.
