Corey Jerrick arrived at Bunce Drive Thursday evening to sell heroin, he was greeted by narcotics officers who were waiting to arrest him, police said.
Jerrick, 21, of Hartford, had 40 bags of heroin and $400 cash with him, police said. The drug evidence was seized and Jerrick was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin within 1500 feet of a school and possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school.
He is scheduled to appear March 5 at Superior Court in Manchester.
The arrest was made by members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force.
